We will provide the kind of communication that will establish a trust relationship.  You will appreciate your home more because you will have a better knowledge of the products that are going into your home.  If concerns develop, know that you can call us and we will address those concerns, even if your project is one, two or ten years old.  Although it is your home, it is still our reputation.

 

We consider Rowe Design and Construction, Inc. to be a general contracting and design firm.  Yet, we don't have a payroll as such.  All of our work is done by subcontractors, many of whom have been with us since we started in 1989.

The special features of our construction projects are those which you desire.  If you need special information and data on specific material and solutions used in construction, we will provide you with it.  We will take whatever time is necessary to provide ideas, materials and our solutions that will bring complete satisfaction to you.  Each client's needs are unique and therefore each home is different.  We emphasize efficient use of space, materials, energy and air quality while being aware of the environment and the waste and byproducts of the building process.  But, again, it is you we want to satisfy, not ourselves.

 

All allowances for your home selections such as flooring, window treatments and cabinetry are agreed upon before signing the contract.  Also, you will not be surprised with "hidden costs."  We do not know what those are.  You have all the control in deciding what you want in your home and how much you want to spend.  We are here to assist you and give you numerous selections to choose from.  You decide how much you want us to be involved in your project.  The bottom line is your decision.
