Since the inception of Rowe Design and Construction, Inc. in 1989 our expertise has been in residential construction including new homes and remodeling.  We are a family-owned business including President Bill Rowe, Vice President and wife, Vicki, along with children LaNae and Phil.  In 1997 our business expanded to include the services of Interior Design.  It was at this time Dee Dee Stetzer joined our staff.  Dee Dee is an Interior Designer and will assist you with design details and selection of materials to be used with your project.  We would be pleased to assist you.
